Winter Wonderland

Snow!! Everyone's blog is filled with pictures of snow!! I guess we weren't the only family excited about getting so much snow over the weekend. At our house we got at least 6 inches of snow and it didn't melt until today when all the rain came down. Marshall, Cole, and I definitely made the most of it though. I heard we got more snow over the weekend then they have seen in South Carolina in the last 7 years! Here is a picture of our house from the driveway! Isn't it so pretty! Marshall and ColeWe spent the entire night (Friday) and Saturday playing in the snow. We first started at our house and then went to grandma and grandpa Dinkins house and then to Meme and Papa's house.

At first Cole was not so sure about all the snow. He wanted to be carried through it and did not want to step in it. But after a few minutes he was all into it. Too into it really. We had to keep adding layers because I was afraid he was freezing. He ended up looking like the kid off the movie Christmas Story!The snow was up to Cole's knees!

We had a really good time. We had snowball fights, made snowmen at every house, and went four wheeling on Saturday. It was so nice to be outside! We took a ton of pictures just in case we don't see snow again for a long time!
