Home for Sale!

Our house is officially for sale! Marshall and I have finally gotten off our butts and scrubbed, painted, moved out furniture, etc, etc and have listed our house!

We absolutely love, love our neighborhood but after living there for 3 years, we have decided to move out to the country. Marshall has some land that he has been wanting to build on for a long time. We love our gated neighborhood with the never-ending list of ammenities and golf course but we just keep going back to his land. Marshall has never lived in a neighborhood before so he feels a little claustrophobic when he is home on the weekends. He needs to be on the tractor or 4 wheeling (the boy never sits still). And the land has been in his family for 50+ years so it is important to him to be out there.

Anyways, we have listed our house and have done a lot of cleaning over the past week. We are hoping that someone out there will buy it really quickly. I am crossing my fingers because we know that the market has been bad lately but we are hoping that more people will start looking with the new low interest rates. So if anyone knows anyone who knows anyone who may be looking for a house, keep us in mind!
