Cole's First Day

Cole had his first day of preschool today to begin the 2012-2013 school year!! He did so well, he actually did not cry (he cried EVERY single time we left him last year). He just sat down, started playing with his friend Max, gave us great big hugs and kisses and told us bye. We were so proud of him and relieved that he wasn't upset today! His teachers told us during orientation that he will have show and tell one day a week (Cole is soo excited for this), they will be learning their letters, learning about the calendar, the weather, how to use scissors, how to take turns (each child has a turn being the line leader and caboose), how to say the pledge, and learning about different scriptures! I am excited to see how he progresses this year! Friday is grandparents' day so he is really excited for grandma to come eat ice cream with him at school! My little boy is not so little anymore! :(
